The Trends and Development in Management Studies is a refereed international electronic journal published by Jyoti Academic Press and is devoted to publication of original research articles, communications as well as review articles related with economic, organizational, industrial, social and business managements.

Area of the journal includes but not limited to general management, public responsibility and ethics, production/operations management, organizational behaviour and theory, strategic management policy, management organization, marketing theory and applications, statistics and econometrics, personnel and industrial relations, technology and innovation, case studies and management information systems, business law, business and economics education, business finance and investment, general business research, social issues and public policy.
